Passionate, energetic, and fun-loving youth soccer instructors are needed to work with children ages 2 to 8! Start immediately.

Working with children is something we don’t take lightly, and it’s imperative that you not only enjoy working with children but that you are incredibly passionate about it. We are in this to impact children in such a way that we leave a lasting impression on them that will give them the confidence to be successful both on and off the field.

We operate in daycares, preschools, community centers, etc. We have sessions running Monday through Saturday. We operate year-round and offer four seasons: Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer.

*** This is not a seasonal position only - we are looking for team members available to coach with us year-round!

The ideal coach MUST meet the following criteria:

Responsible: Arrives on time to each session, can handle a group of 10 or more children, keeps accurate attendance, communicates well with Soccer Shots director of coaching, etc.
Professional: Neat in appearance, friendly and courteous with daycare center staff, director, and parents, self-assured.
Enthusiastic: You must enjoy interacting with young children (2 – 8 years old) and connect with them on their level, making the Soccer Shots class the best of their week. You must be very outgoing and animated; and able to be silly with the children. Experience with children is required.
Soccer: Soccer experience is a plus but is not required. Having some familiarity with the game works as well.
Transportation: must have your own, reliable transportation and a valid license and car insurance.

This is a part-time position, but we are always looking for future full-time candidates. Please provide a resume with an application. A cover letter is recommended.

Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
